We will discuss few of the case study that how we work on our end to digitize the education system. We are collaborating with different schools like Abbottabad Public School, Umm ul Qura etc. one by one we will dive deep into the case studies.
In Pakistan we are still doing manual record managements, admissions and record keeping. This manual management is the biggest obstacle in the way of education standards.
SEMS initiated to build the school management system for the Umm ul Qura School. The aim of SEMS is to support admission from the moment a potential applicant becomes interested in the institution until the student starts his/her studies in the institution.
As mentioned SEMS goal is to bring revolution to the education system and to properly digitize it. The idea behind the digitization of the Admission management is to ease the new comers and staff of Umm ul Qura in an approach to save the time and money and brand a digitized admission system for all the grades.
The systematic development of the school management is carried out with complete cooperation of the Umm ul Qura. The manual records were investigated and judged before fetching them into digitization. Once all the information was fetched from the school
then we worked on the different ideas that how can we make it accessible and user friendly so that everyone can take maximum advantage of it to save his/her time for getting admissions in the school.
